
Towards the end of 2025 I began thinking about the new year. I made a declaration that 2026 will be The Year of Optimal Health. With the fascination of our body's ability to heal itself, a decision was made to double down on the journey.
After daily documentation of my second, 7-Day Water Fast with Intestinal Broom, my Instagram direct message went ballistic! The exclamation of my Colonic Hydrotherapist, after seeing how clean my intestines were, and her decision to follow the protocol I had used, coupled with seeing in real time my blood pressure being taken by the doctor, reading at 120/80 for the first time in 15 years, people were tipped over the edge; wanting to know exactly how I did it and how they could do it themselves.
