The aim of the Fasting Experience is to complete 72hrs, however we understand every body has nuances. You may complete, or your body may inform you of less. Either way we promote listening to your body and doing what it suggests.
Yes. Preparation is critical for the success of your fast. Everything that you need to prepare as well as a Guide, will be given to you prior to the start date.
We highly advise people to check in with their medical practitioner, on whether or not it is safe to fast. We also encourage asking your body what it needs, and following that.
We recommend taking electrolytes while fasting. Whether that is added electrolyte sachets, or Celtic Sea Salt. Both can aide in helping to rebalance the body, as the digestive system rests. You'll be given info on the kinds you can purchase.
There may be many reasons you feel like stopping. You'll be taught things to look out for that may feel like a stop is needed, but could be your body switching metabolisms. Of course if it's medically related, stopping would be the right thing to do. You body will tell you.
