A Note from the Author

I wrote this book for you. Not the version of you that has it all together with your health or all figured out, but one who is on a journey of implementing things that can support your health, while being on a quest to reverse years of self-neglect. 


Between October 2025 and February 2026 four 7-Day water fasts were completed. Excluding the initial one, every fast consisted of a cleanse of some kind: an Intestinal Broom, Liver and Gallbladder Flush, and Castor Oil Flush. Each with an ease of implementation and unique benefits. During these fasts they were documented on social media, which came with great intrigue and desire from the audience to participate, too. As a result, people joined the 7 Day Fasting Experience from across the world and experienced changes in their body that were equally remarkable and enlightening . 


As I began to think about the impact, I wondered how more people could be involved, but soon realised that 7 days felt more like an ‘event’, and may not be doable for most people’s lifestyles. As this was processed, I went from thinking about 36hr fasts, to landing on 72 hours fasting, and this is what this guide is about. 


My hope is that this guide will make it incredibly easy for you to take this journey towards optimal health through fasting, fasting that goes beyond the popularised Intermittent kind.
